Hi, I’m Amy — a strategic generalist with a knack for building systems that make work smoother for teams and better for the people they serve.
I’ve spent 10+ years helping startups untangle complex problems, improve systems, and build things that last. I’ve led post-acquisition integrations, launched national training programs, rebuilt workflows, and automated the behind-the-scenes stuff that slows teams down. I’m just as comfortable mapping a process in Miro as I am writing SQL or setting up a Discord bot.
I think a lot about how products, people, and priorities fit together. I bring empathy to both the user experience and the team experience, and I’m always asking: How can we make this simpler, smarter, and more sustainable?
I’m a lifelong learner with a soft spot for side projects. I help run two AI/ML conferences in Toronto, ON and Austin, TX. I am an avid thrifter, love to swim and sew, and believe that how we build things matters just as much as what we build.

Automation can be powerful—but it’s not always the answer. This course is about building workflows with intention. You’ll learn how to reduce friction, improve processes, and design systems that actually make life easier (for you and your team).
Whether you’re a Notion nerd, an accidental ops person, or just tired of duct-taping things together, this course is for you.
